So, get out as much as you can. Plan to participate in activities that you love. If you love to volunteer, then volunteer. If you love to play sports, join a local sports club. Socialize with Friends

Another way to improve you mental health is to socialize with friends. Your friends are people who will understand you and be there for you. Socializing with them will improve your mental health because you will have people to relate to. If you isolate yourself, you will have a decline in mental health. So, do not isolate yourself.
